We’re as fresh as it gets! Garcia Bro’s Seafood has taken every measure to provide seafood products of the highest possible quality. We offer a 100% Freshness Guarantee on all orders up to 20 lbs. We have checked our boxes and our shipping procedures to ensure temperature stability and product shelf-life; however, even with these precautions in place, an order can go wrong. This is when our refund and return policy comes into effect! 

SHIPPING POLICY

If your order has gone wrong, please fill out the refund form and return at least 80% of the product (based on the weight of the original order) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Upon review of the returned product and clearance of the form, we will refund your credit or replace your product and shipping will be on us!

If your order is received by 12pm EST, it is our policy to ship the next business day from when we receive your order. To arrange a specific shipping date, please give us a call and someone can assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday from 9am-5pm EST.

We ship Mondays through Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. We also do not ship outside Miami-Dade county on holidays recognized by FedEx (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).

All products can be shipped anywhere in the United States via FedEx.

Since all of our products are fresh, we only use overnight shipping for next-day delivery. You are not required to sign for the package once it’s delivered to your house. Although a signature is not required, please be sure that somebody is available to receive the delivery, promptly remove all food products from the box, and store food properly.

All of our products are shipped in an insulated cooler with gel packs. Gel packs have the added benefit over ice that they do not cross-contaminate foods as ice can do when it turns liquid and mixes with the foods. Gel packs are often made of non-toxic materials that will not liquify, and therefore will not spill or contaminate if the container were to break.

All deliveries within Miami-Dade will be same-day delivery. The minimum order requirement is $80. Orders received after 1PM will be delivered the following day.
